Interviewing Ms.Meenakshi

In order to take their understanding further about working of various departments in an organisation few students from grade 2 interviewed Ms. Meenakshi (primary school principal) and asked many questions about working of her department. It was a wonderful experience for these 7 yr. olds to have a formal chat with their principal.

YOUNG RESEARCHERS

Young researchers’ working together is a treat for our eyes. Today my students researched on different types of organizations and presented their work in front of their class. It was a great learning experience.

New unit - ORGANISATIONS

We started with our new unit Organizations under the TD theme ‘How we organize ourselves’. In this unit students will inquire into different types of organizations and what makes an organization successful.

ACTION.............Verbs

Teaching action words with my students in action was great fun. Students really enjoyed dancing on a rap song on action words and learning verbs became much easier for them. It was fun seeing them dancing, singing and enjoying themselves.
